System description
CPAnet street lighting control system consists of controllers and software. Controllers are mounted in lighting cabinets, which together with the connected lighting supply circuits form a system that is remotely monitored by the user.
CPAnet controllers have built-in GPS receiver – this allows to precisely determine the geographical location of the lighting installation. It is, however, a freely programmable system, so all settings, times and operating modes can be decided by the user according to his own needs.
Every CPAnet controller mounted in a lighting cabinet is automatically located in the system. Remote control is performed from any Internet-connected mobile device, and the CPAnet system interface is intuitive and easy to use.
The system enables efficient management of lighting infrastructure – it informs about the occurrence of failures and electricity consumption in near real time. By responding quickly to alarm situations, maintenance work can be scheduled accordingly, preventing lighting malfunctions and reducing maintenance costs.
It offers a variety of options, including “light up with a text message,” whereby lighting can be adjusted according to current events, thus delivering optimal lighting levels at the right place at the right time. APC-LED power reducers installed in LED luminaires can be seamlessly integrated with the CPAnet system. The solution then allows an additional temporary reduction of the luminous flux at different levels and directly contributes to reducing electricity bills, CO2 emissions and the period of payback on the new installation. The system allows remote reprogramming of both the range of the two time intervals and the level of reduction.
Every system user is given a login and password. After logging in to your account at www.cpanet.pl, the user has an overview of their own lighting structure in a given area of the city or municipality. Extensive permission levels mean that the number of users assigned to a single account can be virtually unlimited, and users can be assigned different permission statuses.
With data encryption, the streetlight control software meets the highest security standards.
