PRIVACY POLICY AND COOKIE FILES
This document regulates the Privacy and cookies policy of the websites www.rabbit.pl, www.midiblue.pl, www.cpanet.pl hereinafter referred to as “Service”, which are managed by RABBIT Sp. z o.o., hereinafter referred to as “Rabbit”.
1. Personal data controller
The administrator of personal data processed within the Website is Rabbit sp. z o.o. with its registered office at 141-155 Krakowska St., 50-428 Wrocław, registered in the National Register of Entrepreneurs under KRS number: 0000270305 by the District Court for Wrocław Fabryczna — 6th Commercial Division of the National Court Register; NIP (Tax ID): 898-211-76-75, REGON (Statistic ID): 020472090.
2. Personal data
Users using services provided electronically through the Website are asked to provide personal information voluntarily. The Administrator processes the acquired data on the basis of Article 23(1) of the Act on Personal Data Protection. The data shall be collected in particular for the purpose of fulfilling contracts and providing services to the persons concerned.
Users’ personal data shall be processed in structured sets which are defined by the purpose of their processing. It shall be processed to the extent necessary for the fulfillment of the stated purpose. The following list includes the sets, scopes, and purposes of data processing.

The personal data controller shall exercise special and due care to protect the rights of Users whose data are subject to processing, and in particular shall ensure that the data is:
• processed in accordance with the law,
• collected for the lawful purposes indicated herein,
• not subjected to further processing contrary to the above purposes,
• substantively correct and adequate in relation to the purposes for which it is processed,
• properly secured,
• stored in a form which permits identification of the data subjects for no longer than is necessary to achieve the purpose of the processing.
Data processed by Rabbit is stored on internal and external secure and professional servers, on the basis of contracts concluded by Rabbit.
The Administrator of personal data reserves that, in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act, it may entrust the processing of personal data of Users whose data it administers to other companies for the purpose of proper performance by these companies of activities relating to the administration, maintenance and management of the Website, as well as the assertion of claims and clarification of the circumstances of prohibited use of services provided electronically.
3. User privileges
In connection with the processing of personal data, Users shall possess related rights:
• the right to access the content of their data,
• the right to rectify their data,
• the right to demand completion, updating, rectification of personal data, temporary or permanent suspension of its processing or its deletion if the data is incomplete, outdated, untrue or has been collected in violation of the Act, or is no longer required for the purpose for which it was collected,
• the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes at any time.

4. System logs
These are internal event logs of the Website server, automatically recording page requests that are sent when Users use the Website. System logs include the page request sent by the User, IP address, browser type, browser language, date and time of the request, and at least one “cookie” that can uniquely identify the User’s browser.
The data collected in system logs is used by us for an indefinite period of time, solely for the purpose of administering the Website. They are not transferred to third parties except in the circumstances described herein.
In connection with the use of the Website by Users, the Administrator may automatically collect and record in system logs technical details on the manner of use of the services, the requests sent by the User related to the provision of electronic services, IP address and technical data on the operation of the Website in connection with activities performed by the User. This includes, in particular, information about the beginning, end and scope of each use of the service provided electronically. The Administrator may also collect information to store it locally on the User’s device using a browser memory mechanism.
5. Cookies
These are commonly used, small files containing a string of characters that are sent to and stored on the end device (e.g. computer, laptop, tablet, smartphone) used by the User when visiting the Website. This information is sent to the cache of the browser used, which sends it back the next time the User visits the Website. Cookies contain information necessary for the proper use of the Website. Most often they contain the name of the website they come from, the time they are stored on the end device and a unique number.
These cookies allow the Website to recognize a User’s device and display the Website customized to the User’s individual expectations, making it easier and more enjoyable to use its functionalities. Thanks to saving these files on the User’s device, it is possible, among others, to remember login data, maintain a session after logging in, remember selected goods or services, or adjust to the User’s preferences, such as content layout, language or its color.
Users using services provided electronically via the Website are informed about the processing of cookies by storing information or gaining access to information already stored in their telecommunications terminal equipment.
Users consent to the processing of cookies in particular by using the “ok” or “I understand” button, or by confirming that they have read the privacy and cookies policy. This consent may be withdrawn at any time, free of charge and as described in the section on cookie management.
6. What cookies do we use?
In the course of providing services to Users, we use professional technologies to collect and store information, such as cookies. There are mainly two categories of cookies used on the Rabbit Websites:
We distinguish between two categories of cookies in terms of their purpose:
• necessary files — these files enable proper functioning of the Website and functionalities that the User wants to use, e.g. authentication cookies. Without saving them on the User’s device, using the Website is impossible,
• functional files — files enabling remembering the User’s selected settings and adjusting them to the User’s needs and preferences, e.g. with respect to the selected language, font size, website layout. They allow Rabbit to improve the functionality and performance of the site. Without them being stored on the User’s device, the use of certain functionalities of the Website may be limited,
In terms of the period of their validity, we distinguish between two categories of cookies:
• session files — existing until the end of a given User session,
• persistent files — existing after the session is terminated by the User.
In terms of differentiating the entity that administers cookies, we distinguish:
• Rabbit cookies,
• third-party cookies.
7. Managing cookies and other information
Most browser settings by default allow the placement of cookies and other information on the end device. If the User does not agree to the saving of these files, it is necessary to change the settings of the Internet browser accordingly. It is possible to disable their saving for all connections from a given browser or for a specific site, and to delete them. The way the files are managed depends on the software used. Consent to the processing of cookies is voluntary. Please note, however, that restrictions on their use may impede or prevent you from using some of the functionalities of the Website.
8. Third-party cookies

• Google Adwords — allow you to conduct and evaluate the quality of advertising campaigns, carried out using the Google Adwords service,
• Google Analytics — allow to evaluate the quality of advertising campaigns carried out using the Google Adwords service, as well as to study user behavior and traffic and to compile traffic statistics,
• Google Maps — allow to store information about the User, which allows to use the map functionality available within the Google Maps service. Google Inc. may track User’s location,
• YouTube — allow to store information about the User, which allows to use the functionality of the YouTube service. Google Inc. may track User’s video playback.
9. Links to other websites or software
The Service may contain links to other websites or software. We are not responsible for the privacy and cookie processing policies of these websites or this software. We recommend that you read the privacy and cookie policies of these websites or software when you access them or before you install them.
10. Changes in Privacy and Cookies Policy
We reserve the right to change this Privacy and Cookies Policy. In that case, we will post its updated version at this location.
